    Q: Do I need my own domain name and web hosting?
    A: Yes, you must have a domain name (a .com or .ca address) and web hosting. We do not provide these services. If you require these services we will direct you to some extremely reliable yet inexpensive hosting and registration providers. You will likely need a credit card to setup an account with these companies.

    Q: I already have a website with a domain name and hosting, but it's boring and I want to replace it, can you swtch it to a MULTI?
    A: Yes, we will likely be able to create and upload a MULTI to replace your current boring website.

    Q: Do you come and shoot the video for my MULTI?
    A: No, you record the various bits of video and pictures that you want to use. You e-mail these to us with a script for any narration you want added. We edit and produce all these bits into a clmple web video production.

    Q: I don't own any fancy video equipment and I've never done this before.
    A: That's actually a statement and not a question, but all you need is a normal digital camera that's capable of recording video. We used a little $200 Canon digital camera to create this website. Have fun with it, be creative. The hard part of the whole process is the editing and production which is what we take care of for you.

    Q: How long can the video be?
    A: We suggest that you keep it under 90 seconds. This is actually a lot longer than it sounds and should be long enough to effectively get your idea across (most TV commercials are 30 or 60 seconds in length). If you need it to be longer let us know, if you need it to be a lot longer thaere may be a small service fee.

    Q: Can I add more pages or sections in the future?
    A: Yes. (small fees apply)

    Q: This all seems a little strange and new to me.
    A: Again with the statements... your MULTI rep will be there to answer any questions, so have fun with it and we'll make sure your message comes through loud and clear.

    Q: How do I get started?
    A: Contact the MULTI rep who told you about this product and website, they will take some information and give you some pointers. If you simply found this site online, send us an e-mail with your contact information and we'll get in touch with you within a day or two.

    Q: When do I pay?
    A: We ask for a $100 deposit with the remainder when your MULTI is complete.

    Q: How long does it take to create my MULTI?
    A: Once we have all the pictures and videos you want used, your MULTI will be ready in a couple of days (that's right, a couple of days).
